Quality Assurance Program

Q-Metrics maintains a formalized NQA-1 type Quality Assurance (QA) program that includes specific procedures for the performance of quality effected tasks.  While the QA program was established for contracts with formal quality assurance requirements, the basic tenets of the QA program are applied to all of Q-Metrics' projects.  These basic tenets include the development of a detailed project plan prior to initiating any work, requirements for tracking incoming and out-going project information, validation and verification of software tools and analytical techniques, and the retention of project files following completion of the project.  A copy of Q-Metrics' QA program is available upon request.

The Q-Metrics QA program has been audited and approved for use by several organizations.  Q-Metrics is approved as an 'Evaluated Supplier' for work on the Hanford Site at Richland, WA.

Alternatively, Q-Metrics can operate under requirements of the client's QA program.
